Delete your Clamsi account
You can permanently delete your Clamsi account and its associated data at any time. Choose whichever method is easiest for you.
Option 1 — Delete instantly in the app (recommended)
- Open the Clamsi app and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — Request deletion here
If you can no longer access the app, submit the form below and we will delete your account after verifying your identity.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we permanently remove your personal data — name, phone number, email, saved addresses, and account profile. Your past order records may be retained in anonymised form only where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, with all personal identifiers removed. This cannot be undone.
